Planning and Coordination
The planning and coordination phase prior to the launch of the project includes several important components:
- Consulting during the preparation of the architectural plan and the project plan.
- Selection of professionals to carry out the project, such as: planners, consultants, architects or any other required professional.
- Determining a schedule for updating and delivering the plans, specifications, and quantity survey.
- Coordination of meetings to ensure the execution of the project in accordance with the established schedules and in accordance with the plans, the client’s requests, and more.
- Professional advice to the planners and designers to make sure every detail is done on the highest level possible.
- Coordination and updating of technical specifications and bills of quantities for construction and the completion of the work.
- Coordination of the work with the client's legal counsel in the areas of the proposal documents and their distribution.
- Preparation of contractor lists in full coordination with the planners and the client.
- Handling the preparation of supplementary tenders and their distribution, for the purpose of receiving estimates from various contractors and suppliers.

- Analysis of the contractors' proposals and preparation of a detailed comparison table in collaboration with the project chemist.
- Preparation of a professional opinion in relation to the contractors' proposals and their experience.
- Negotiation with the contractors with the participation of the client.
- Editing the administrative and technical side of the contracts with the contractors, in coordination with the client's legal counsel.
- Update the estimated budget in accordance with the contracts to be signed with the contractors.
